- Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use
- As we specialize in beauty products, they are consumable items and do not fall under warranty claims for manufacturing defects or damage after use. Therefore, we do not offer a warranty claims policy for our products.
- Changed Your Mind
- We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
- Exchange Requests
- Exchanges are available for incorrect items sent or if you wish to swap for another product of the same value.
- Wrong Product Received
- If you receive a wrong item, contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or a return.

Your return request needs our approval before processing. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or the return address:
